These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, https://kriaseattle.com, and any memberships, products, or services provided by Kria, an Icelandic Bath House soon to be based in downtown Seattle, WA. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Kria offers a range of membership options that provide early access, exclusive benefits, and limited-release VIP privileges for our bathhouse services.

2. Membership Tiers and Benefits

Kria offers three VIP membership tiers available for purchase during our pre-sale. Memberships are limited-release and will not be available once our facility opens. Below are the available tiers and their respective benefits:

  • Tier 1 VIP Membership - $50
    • Limited-release VIP membership access upon public opening.
  • Tier 2 VIP Membership - $500
    • Limited-release VIP membership access.
    • 3 free months of facility usage at Kria, subject to specific usage limits and terms to be established prior to opening.
  • Tier 3 VIP Membership - $1000
    • Limited-release VIP membership access.
    • 6 free months of facility usage at Kria, subject to specific usage limits and terms to be established prior to opening.
    • 1 month early access to Kria before the public opening.

3. Membership Purchase and Payment Terms

  • All memberships are processed via our third-party payment partner, Memberful. By purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by Memberful’s terms and conditions, which can be accessed during checkout.
  • Membership fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
  • Membership benefits, including free facility usage periods, are subject to future terms, conditions, and usage limits that will be defined prior to the public opening of Kria.

4. Facility Usage Terms

Members will have access to Kria's facilities based on their membership tier benefits. Kria reserves the right to establish reasonable limits on facility usage to ensure all members have fair access and to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests. Any facility usage policies or limitations will be provided to members prior to our public opening.

5. Membership Restrictions and Transfers

  • VIP memberships are non-transferable and may not be resold.
  • Memberships are exclusive to the individual purchasing and registered as the member, and Kria reserves the right to request verification of membership identity upon entry.
  • Any attempt to transfer or resell a membership will result in termination of that membership without refund.

6. Email Communications and Marketing Opt-In

By signing up for a free membership or purchasing any tier of VIP membership, you consent to receive periodic informational and promotional updates from Kria at the email address provided during sign-up or purchase. These communications may include:

  • Operational Updates: Notifications about Kria’s opening, facility policies, membership updates, and other operational announcements.
  • Promotional Offers: Marketing messages about Kria’s events, new services, special promotions, and exclusive offers.
  • Member Newsletters: Periodic emails with curated content and updates relevant to Kria members.

Communication Preferences and Unsubscribe Options

  • Opting Out: You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email or by contacting us at info@kriaseattle.com. Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not affect your receipt of important operational or service-related communications that are necessary for membership maintenance.
